In honor of my awesome follow-up visit to see my radiation oncologist today, I came home and made this card. I don't think it is my favorite card as far as design goes, but it is definitely a favorite theme.
Card Recipe:
Awareness Ribbon stamp set by The Stamping Studio
Pixie Dust chalk ink pad from VersaMagic by Tsukineko
Pitch Black Adirondack dye ink pad by Ranger
Iced Pink and Perfect Baby Pink Prismatics cardstock by Prism Papers
Strong and Thankful patterned paper from the Thankful Collection by Melissa Frances
(this is her Breast Cancer Awareness paper line!)
Cupcake Sugar Coated Adhesive Chipboard by Doodlebug
Pink Border Strips from Say It In Pearls by Prima Marketing
Ivory Trellis Roses by Prima Marketing
3/8 inch velvet scalloped trim
Oh, and my visit was awesome because I have healed VERY well after radiation treatments 3 months ago! So, to celebrate even more.......if you make a Breast Cancer themed card and link it back to this post, I'll give you an extra entry into my blog giveaway! (Again, it is dark and gloomy here today so I'll definitely post a better photo once the sun starts shining again!)
Don't forget to read all of the giveaway rules above! I will be back tomorrow, hopefully with another card!
Hip-hip-hooray for your good visit! I'm so glad to hear your upbeat personality shining through on your blog. The card is beautiful! I don't think you make anything that isn't.
